Delivery fees for Studio Shop

Giclée prints are currently free worldwide tracked delivery. This a carbon neutral service and they will be dispatched separately to the rest of your order.

Orders under £10
UK – Royal Mail First Class = £1.50
UK – Tracked and insured = £5.00
EU – International standard shipping = £3
Rest of world – International standard shipping = £4

Orders £10–£25
UK – Royal Mail First Class = £3
UK – Tracked and insured = £5.00
EU – International standard shipping = £6
Rest of world – International standard shipping = £9

Orders £25 and up
UK – Royal Mail First Class = £4.50 
UK – Tracked and insured = £7.50
EU – Tracked and insured = £15
Rest of World = Tracked and insured = £20

Tracked and insured delivery is sent using a reputable courier and you will be given a tracking number.

We aim to post all orders within 5 working days. It is often much faster than this. More information can be found on each listing and wholesale is a different service.

All orders are beautifully and carefully packaged using environmentally responsible packaging. Outer packaging is recyclable or reused. Everything can be shipped worldwide. 

Giclée prints

Giclée prints are currently free worldwide tracked delivery. This a carbon neutral service and they will be dispatched separately to the rest of your order. Giclée prints up to A3 in size will be posted in an eco conscious recyclable board backed envelope. Larger giclée prints will be posted rolled in a recyclable eco conscious tube.

Studio Shop Returns

All sales on handmade pieces, original artworks, giclée prints and limited editions are final. Other items may be returned within 28 days of date of purchase, providing the item is in resalable condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. If you are planning on returning something, please contact Hayley in advance using the contact page so she can provide you with the studio address.

We package all items in appropriate packaging, but if for some reason your item does arrive damaged, please get in touch and keep the packaging in case we need to make a claim. A photo of the condition it arrived in is very helpful in making a claim.

All orders are subject to our Terms of Service.

Certificate of Authenticity

All original artworks and ceramics over £200 are provided with a hand written certificate of authenticity. A Certificate of Authenticity is a signed document proving the authenticity of the work and containing details about the artwork for the collector's reference. This document should be kept somewhere safe, should you need to prove the authenticity of the piece you have purchased for your collection.
